Timing of the food was very fast from time order was placed. Now what really earned the 5 stars was this: I got home after ordering the crab dip and open the container it was less than half full. Working in the industry I RARELY send something back or talk to a manager, which is why I NEVER write reviews. I returned and the manager Dean came right out and gave a reasonable explanation about their Togo containers making the portion size look smaller. And then brought me out a new crab dip that filled in the container better and this was with out asking. Customer service is a big thing with me being in the industry and his willingness to go above and beyond he showed!June 12, 2016
