- 1 / 5By shawn orourkeOrdered a "fall floral" decorative cake for a girl's birthday party. Received a cake with brown icing and pumpkins that looked more like a Halloween cake. Even worse, it was completely raw in the middle of each layer. Not undercooked. Raw... Like pudding / raw cake batter. Unfortunately, you can't undo something like that at a birthday party.
Customer service was equally poor. They were completely unsympathetic, claimed the cake was fine and would only offer a gift certificate or half of a refund as resolution. Apparently the $35 they kept means more than a formerly loyal customer and this review.April 25, 2017
